Sa wakas, na-receive na ng ating client ang kaniyang Critical Illness Benefit proceeds. Inendorse siya sa atin ng fellow Sun Life colleague for servicing and unfortunately, she got diagnosed with stroke way back in December. Sa tulong ng kanyang kamag-anak, nakumpleto natin ang kanilang medical documents na nireview ng ating Claims Department.
